Most logoed items are made to order. Please allow 2 weeks, plus transit time (up to 5 business days) for your custom-decorated items to arrive. Items may arrive sooner, and if you ordered multiple items, they may arrive at different times.
Privacy & Security
We take your security and privacy VERY seriously. We do not (and never will) share your personal data with anyone, except for those who may need it to fill your orders (i.e. a vendor needing your address to ship you some products) In addition, we use the highest internet security to ensure a safe web transaction.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with the items you ordered. If your items are defective in manufacturing, we will be happy to replace the items for you. We are unable to accept returns of custom-decorated items for any other reason.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is required upon checkout from the online store in the form of a valid credit card. Pricing may change at any time and without warning. Promotions are offered as an incentive. Generally, promotions, coupon codes and other discounts may not be combined, unless otherwise noted.
Viewing Orders
You may view your order and its progress at any time by logging into your account.
Updating Account Information
You may log in to your account at any time to update your account information, including your billing and shipping addresses, passwords and newsletter subscriptions. You can also see your order history and order progress from your account.
What logo should I use?
Our store will allow you to chose any one of the major Wyndham brand logos or regional logos to be decorated on most items. There are specific guidelines regarding which logo you should use, and it depends on your location, role and how the logo is to be used. For more information CLICK HERE
